Many thanks to the 19 hardy souls who came out on my walk on a very wet Wed walk. Not many views to see,as we all kept our heads down.
A very handy barn came in most useful to have our lunch after asking permission ( so we didn’t have to eat soggy sandwiches).
Unfortunately the two long distance walkers bottled out for the second part of the figure of eight walk and sat in the car.( no names mentioned).
I think everyone enjoyed the scones,jam and cream and assorted tray bakes with a well deserved cup of tea or coffee at the Eden Hall Hotel.
