Walk & Event Reports

Eleven of us braved the dreich glaur of a not quite wet day to walk in the Tyne Valley from Acomb up to Hadrians Wall.  We saw the site of the Dark Age battle of Heavenfield,  with St Oswalds church and the Planetrees section of  Hadrian's Wall.

We had a welcome cuppa in Hexham. Thanks to Margaret for backmarking
