Ten of us set out,(all having eventually found the correct car park!), not without some trepidation, in view of weather forecasts. However, the rain gods were kind and no more than the occasional drizzly shower tried to dampen our spirits. Views were somewhat limited by the low-lying cloud, but cleared enough for us to have some atmospheric panoramas from our lunch stop at the summit of Ward Law. The short muddy stretch of path was as glaury as predicted, but no boots were lost!
I hope the large gaggle of geese helped make up for the limited views of wildlife on the walk. Many thanks to you all for venturing out, and especial thanks to Anne for her skilled co-leadership.
