Greystoke

12 of us left Greystoke car park in the drizzle.However as we made our way around Greystoke castle the rain ceased.Climbing uphill we  headed towards Gilcambon tarn where we had lunch.In the afternoon the sun came out as we made our way along the limestone escarpment back to the start point.All in all a pleasant walk of 8 miles completed with a nice cup of tea.
