A slight hiccup occurred before Joan and I had even boarded the 685 Brampton Bus.   It whizzed straight passed!    Thank goodness for mobile phones and sharp eyed fellow walkers.    Luckily Jenny had seen us,  so between us we managed to let everyone know where the Leader was.    Joan and I dashed home for my car.   Thanks for that, Jenn.   Thanks also to Tom and Chris Fortune for back marking and keeping me right.   For various reasons Four left the Walk but let me and Tom know.   Thanks also for that courtesy.        During the  recci Tom, Chris and I did on Saturday, we discovered  there was a really difficult gate to open.   On the day, a generous squirt from the can of WD40 I had put in my rucksack earlier made it Clunk Click with ease.

  Thanks for a lovely walk guys,  lots of banter and humour.  Pity we can’t have a cuppa together at the finish.   Hopefully, soon.
