14 of us plus Johns dog "Archie" started off having all parked in the free areas on Thirlmere road and a place outside the now, pay by phone £7 per day, previously honesty box parking at the school/community hall in Legburthwaite! (empty!!)
  With a steady walk up and over the ridge on High Rigg on Richards last walk before, hopefully, his knee will be fixed this week! A bit overcast but no rain!!! 
  We had lunch beside Tewet Tarn with views all round (through the somewhat overcast conditions.)
  As we approached the cars, a slight rain started. However, no rain on the walk! We had refreshments at the Grange.
  Thank you all who came on the walk, a pleasure as usual.
