A great day and definitely one to store away in the memory bank. After a warm climb from Gategill there was a welcome breeze as we got onto the serious part of the ridge. All thirteen walkers tackled the rocky scramble overcoming one or two tricky sections and no one took the easier lower level path (mainly because I didn't tell them there was one)
After conquering the ridge and a relaxed lunch we took a peak at Sharp Edge before heading down to Mungrisedale Common and picking up the track back to the outdoor centre then down to Threlkeld . Thanks to everyone who came along.
