Seven A walkers today enjoyed a great high level and surprisingly quiet day. Views were brilliant if a little hazy at times. The hot weather was energy sapping but now and then a light breeze brought relief and it wasn't too bad. The full route was completed by five whilst two (guess who?) took the opportunity to hurry off and walk over to Grey Friars, catching up later as we headed for the pub. Really can't remember when I last enjoyed a pint of Loweswater Gold as much. Thanks for the craic and fun once again
