Walk & Event Reports

Two weeks ago the wind was howling, the rain was battering us and we couldn’t see where we were going. Not today, the only issue was the heat. What was billed as an easy A walk turned out to be a pretty tough day. But it is summer, you could see for miles and some of the views spectacular destroying the myth its always cloudy on my walks. The heat slowed the pace with lots of rest and water stops, these were very much needed. A great gang of 15 today who showed great team spirit on what turned out to be an energy sapping day. Thanks to everyone who turned up, hope everyone is ok and you recover from a very warm outing.

Regards to All Pete
